About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, working closely with patients and their families to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, leveraging your expertise in renal care to drive positive patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest renal care best practices and technologies.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, helping to drive excellence in patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N), or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N) in the state of employment.
  • Experience in renal care, intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings is highly desirable.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
