Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining attractive product displays, including case stacks and promotional materials.
- Educating customers about our brands and occasionally conducting in-store tastings.
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as necessary to ensure product availability.
- Addressing pricing discrepancies and reporting sales opportunities to management.
- Building and nurturing relationships with retail chain managers and store personnel.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and thrive in a competitive setting.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with both chain and independent retailers.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and good driving record.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed.
- Physical capabilities include walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
