Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at American Community Bank & Trust. Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations:
    • Process client transactions with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and knowledge.
    • Accurately open, maintain, and close consumer deposit accounts and services.
    • Maintain a detailed level of knowledge on ACBT's core processing system, products, and services.
  • Client Experience:
    • Provide quality, personalized service to satisfy client needs and develop advocates.
    • Respond to client inquiries and resolve related account issues.
    • Provide in-person, phone, and/or electronic service to clients on issues ranging from debit card, online/mobile banking, and treasury management services.
  • Risk & Compliance:
    • Recognize potential fraud and manage risk by demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny.
    • Follow regulatory and bank policies and procedures, remaining current on all training.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Minimum of Associate degree from accredited university; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Cash handling required.
    • 1-2 years' work experience in a banking environment, preferably as a personal banker or universal banker.
    • Knowledge of financial products and services.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
