As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute facilities in your area.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as mobility, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Provide support with meal service and feeding as needed
  • Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and other readings, and report any abnormalities to supervising staff
  • Provide companionship and engage with residents to promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Communicate effectively with visitors, family members, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terms and nursing care procedures
  • Effective organizational skills and strong communication skills
