Water Division Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Water Division Director to lead our team in providing exceptional water and sewer services to the community.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
Location: Atlanta (South)
Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Water Division, overseeing repair and maintenance, water quality, and wastewater management operations.
- Capital Improvement Projects: Direct and plan capital improvement projects related to water and sanitary sewer systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and implement programs for commercial water use assessment, conservation, and drought management, as well as asset management and water loss control.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and oversee department operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, codes, regulations, and standards.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
- Experience: Three to five years of professional engineering experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid Georgia driver's license and current State of Georgia Water Distribution Operator License or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
