Position:
Behavior Support Technician

Compensation:
Starting at $29 per hour, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute individualized behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct support to students in both one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Gather and analyze data on student behavior and progress towards established goals.
  • Assist in creating instructional materials and behavioral support tools.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to foster student achievement.

Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
