Position Overview

The role involves performing cleaning duties across various environments including offices, warehouses, and industrial spaces, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute cleaning tasks for floors, rooms, restrooms, breakrooms, and communal areas. This includes replenishing supplies, disposing of waste, sanitizing fixtures, and maintaining cleanliness of mirrors, doors, walls, and floors.
• Organize, stock, and care for cleaning tools and materials.
• Oversee the sanitation and orderliness of designated areas.
• Support other departments as necessary to provide excellent service.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as required.

All employees are also expected to:

• Meet the company's standards for work quality and quantity consistently, adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Follow company guidelines regarding workplace behavior while fulfilling job responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
• Ability to safely clean all types of fixtures and furniture.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining janitorial supplies and equipment.
• Knowledge of modern cleaning tools and products.
• Competent in using cleaning chemicals safely.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
