About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal PT Associate to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Seasonal PT Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the sales floor team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers and provide information on products and services.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide customers with expert advice.
  • Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Previous retail customer experience preferred.
