Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team at The Helpful House Buyers. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing real estate investment opportunities, analyzing potential properties, and negotiating purchase agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, conducting thorough market research and analysis to determine property value and potential ROI.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions to secure favorable deals for the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and brokers to source new opportunities and expand our network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth transactions and property transitions.
  • Monitor and report acquisition performance and progress to leadership, providing regular updates and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field, with a solid understanding of property evaluation and market trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to professionally handle inbound phone calls and emails, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze real estate deals, market data, and comparable sales to assess property value and potential ROI.
  • Capable of working independently to meet targets and deadlines, while staying driven and focused on company objectives.
