Amerant Bank Relationship Manager

Amerant Bank seeks a seasoned banking professional to excel in the role of Banking Specialist III. With a focus on customer-centricity, this position involves delivering exceptional service and fostering relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Process financial transactions efficiently, manage lobby activity, and support digital solutions while maintaining accurate records and adhering to security protocols.
- Customer Service: Act as a customer advocate, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers and prospects.
- Business Development: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and expand relationships by providing tailored product recommendations and excellent service.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in bank sales and service environment or equivalent experience.
- Basic report writing ability, organizational skills, telephone skills, and proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- NMLS registration required; FBI Criminal Background and credit checks will be conducted within 30 days of employment.
