- Work closely with our IT and security teams to identify potential vulnerabilities, develop security protocols, and implement necessary measures to safeguard our systems and data
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect our information systems and data
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to identify security gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor network traffic and system logs for any suspicious activities or potential security breaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security measures in all stages of system development
- Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate and mitigate security breaches, and develop incident response protocols
- Stay informed about the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, and make recommendations for improvement
- Conduct security awareness training programs to educate employees on security principles, policies, and procedures
- Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure the secure exchange of information and adherence to security standards
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of any security-related incidents or violations
- 3+ years of practical experience in any Cybersecurity, Engineering, Test & Engineering (T&E), or A&A related field
- 3+ concurrent years of experience implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirement Guides (SRGs)
- Practical experience using the following Information Assurance tools: DISA Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited college/university in Computer Science or any technical information technology field
- CompTIA Security+ CE
- Requires a Secret Security Clearance and US Citizenship
