We serve a wide range of clients, including restaurants, hotels, schools, and various institutions across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and select specific items from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders accurately.
  • Conduct visual inspections of orders to verify accuracy in terms of quantity and size.
  • Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
  • Adhere to all relevant OSHA and Food Safety regulations.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized, free from debris.
  • Efficiently select products in the designated quantities using pick tickets to complete orders.
  • Load products onto assigned trucks securely to prevent damage during transport.
  • Complete all route manifests and pick tickets accurately to confirm order fulfillment.
  • Seek assistance from warehouse leadership regarding inventory discrepancies or quality issues.
  • Communicate any operational irregularities related to inventory or product quality to warehouse leadership.
  • Perform down stacking of pallets and scheduled warehouse cleaning as needed.
  • Check out properly at the end of each shift before clocking out.
  • Follow all procedures for handling and reporting allergens.
  • Handle products with care to minimize damage and waste.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in relation to product packaging.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by following safe lifting and handling practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Active listening skills are essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 80 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in cold and wet cooler environments for prolonged periods.

Work Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift (Sunday – Friday with Saturday off and one weekday off).
  • Start time between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
  • 30-35 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $16.00.
