Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of complex customer-owned equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including electronic documentation of work orders.
  • Upsell and demonstrate complex equipment to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Travel to customer job sites as needed to perform repairs and maintenance, ensuring that our service vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with the pickup and delivery of equipment and parts, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • 3-5 years of experience repairing and maintaining equipment and tools.
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment and strong mechanical background knowledge of various engines.
  • Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
