Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

Concept Rehab is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Concept Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing expert evaluation, treatment, and supervision to help them overcome communication and swallowing difficulties.

Job Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy services to patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide expert therapy services to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care and communication
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in in-service training programs and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Licensure in the state(s) where services are provided to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
