Job Summary

Avantic Lodging Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
  • Restock guest rooms with linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Adhere to company standards and procedures for cleaning and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.

Working Conditions:

The Housekeeping Attendant will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential for success in this role.
