Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of hourly store team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers and corporate staff to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with Domino's Pizza.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Working Conditions:

The General Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and other physical demands. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time is required.
