Japanese Instructor

The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District seeks dedicated individuals to join its part-time faculty pool. This part-time faculty position is available in the Languages department, offering a unique opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds. The anticipated start date is Spring 2025, with a starting salary range of Class II, step 1 of Adjunct, Overload and Substitute Salary Schedule.

As a part-time faculty member, your responsibilities will include teaching classes, evaluating student performance, developing curriculum, providing student advising, and participating in professional development activities. Your expertise in Japanese language and linguistics will be essential in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

• Master's degree in Japanese or equivalent qualification;
• Bachelor's degree in Japanese and Master's degree in another language or linguistics, or equivalent qualification;
