- Provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintaining Culinary Goals
- Achieve and exceed performance goals, budget goals, and team goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations and efficiency.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
