ITAC is a leading provider of integrated engineering and construction services for complex capital projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Plant Maintenance Specialist/ Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and philosophies to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and develop solutions to address them.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP/CMMS in an industrial environment.
- Proficient in SAP/CMMS software and able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
