Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and instruct food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up activities
  • Read and follow company recipes and guidelines
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe food service operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days and hours between 9:00am - 7:00pm
  • Clearance approval into the facility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous food service or kitchen experience
  • Ability to work well in a structured correctional environment
