We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. as a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications engineering, project management, and customer service.

• Project Management: Manage medium to large telephone projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Installation and Maintenance: Create and maintain installation and equipment request forms, and perform routine maintenance and repairs on telecommunications equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document and report daily activities in a client application for tracking purposes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest telecommunications technologies and trends, and provide technical expertise to support the development and implementation of new systems and solutions.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in telecommunications engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of PBX systems, hardware installation and configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
