Job Responsibilities

As a Therapeutic Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting clinical adjunctive therapy programs for inmates assigned to residential treatment units. This position requires a strong background in therapeutic recreation or a related field, with at least 24 months of experience in activity therapy.

You will work closely with inmates, staff members, and other stakeholders to promote self-care, physical, and mental well-being. You will also be responsible for directing and monitoring all aspects of psychiatric patient day-to-day activities.

A bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation or a related field is preferred, along with certification from a national council on therapeutic recreation certification. We offer a competitive salary range of $43,000 - $63,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
