Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to manage orders and payments.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols and cash handling procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
