Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our care team. As an RN at White Oak Health Campus, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care, advocate for our residents' needs, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and friendly environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission through discharge.
  • Develop personalized care plans for each resident, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring residents' conditions.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, address resident concerns, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
  • Be experienced in all aspects of nursing and have a strong understanding of long-term care principles.
  • Have knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
