Cafe Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cafe Attendant at Meadowbrook Care Center. As a key member of our cafe team, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot beverages and baked goods to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Process customer payments efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock, and notify management of any replenishment needs.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
• Adhere to health and safety standards in a food service setting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
