Job Description:

This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies, as well as performing quality control checks to ensure that products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components and subassemblies according to specifications
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure that products meet the required standards
  • Operate hand and power tools to complete assemblies
  • Read and interpret work instructions to ensure accuracy of work performed
  • Interact with management and team members to encourage effective communication on the production floor
  • Perform standard testing and minor troubleshooting
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout all steps of the assembly process
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a manufacturing and/or cleanroom environment. The Assembly Technician will be required to wear personal protective equipment and may be exposed to moderate noise levels.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Some technician coursework and/or AA technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of related experience working in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment
