Speech-Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district near Flint, MI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to early childhood students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student goals and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Michigan state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFYs must have a temporary license)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFYs will be considered
  • Experience in early childhood education preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
