Position Overview:

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, with the potential for extensions or a transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop C++ libraries to facilitate the integration of quantitative pricing models into the Murex FLEX API for equity and derivative products.
  • Collaborate with the development team in an agile environment, utilizing scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
  • Partner with the CI/CD team to establish development pipelines for your code, incorporating containerization techniques.
  • Create additional components for monitoring pricing libraries and ensure integration with future pricing components developed in Java and Python.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-8 years of professional experience in C++ programming.
  • Proven experience in developing real-time distributed software systems within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with the scrum agile framework.
  • Experience in building scalable distributed computational services.
  • Knowledge of multiplatform enterprise service development and data serialization challenges.
  • Experience in developing service wrappers for Python or C++ libraries.
  • Proficient in building and interfacing with REST APIs, including enterprise-level authorization and authentication.
  • Experience with enterprise services, including monitoring and state management.
  • Familiarity with Java Messaging Services (Active MQ or similar).
  • Experience in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) processes for C++ applications, including dependency management and deployment in Linux environments (Jenkins, Sonar, Gitlab, etc.).

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Murex FLEX is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of equities and fixed income electronic trading, market data, and pricing is a plus.
  • Python programming skills are a bonus.
