We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Administrator to join our team at Loyola University Chicago. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of grant proposals, managing grant applications, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and OMB Circular guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit grant proposals, including budget breakdowns and distribution of funds
- Manage grant applications, including obtaining institutional endorsement and preparing files for electronic submission
- Oversee the disbursement and financial reporting of grant funds, including initiating and monitoring subcontract agreements
- Prepare and submit additional reports for non-competitive and competitive renewal applications
- Provide Principal Investigators with monthly projection reports and Department Chair with summary reports
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Two to four years of experience with federal and non-federal grant management
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures
- Ability to perform basic filing, office procedures, and word processing
- Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency
