Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse's Aide to join our interdisciplinary team at Hospice of Holland. As a Certified Nurse's Aide, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, changing bed linen, washing hair, and nail care.
  • Patient Safety: Assist patients with safety needs, such as ambulation and exercises as assigned.
  • Feeding Assistance: Assist patients with feeding, as needed.
  • Vital Signs: Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Respite Care: Provide respite care for caregivers when on-site, as needed.
  • Range of Motion: Assist patients with range of motion and other simple procedures to maintain comfort.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year of experience in hospice, long-term care, or home care.
  • Certification: Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) certification in the State of Michigan.
