About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Concession Supervisor to join our team in Stockton, CA. As a key member of our food and beverage operations team, you will be responsible for supervising concession stand personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your expertise in concession operations, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of concession stand personnel to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
* Ensure that concession stands maintain sufficient product levels to meet event demands
* Directly supervise and train staff on concession stand operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
* Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
* Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue

Requirements
\
* High School diploma or equivalent required; related experience in concession operations preferred
* Strong knowledge of concession operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, customers, and management
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Valid Food Handler's Permit required
