Job Title: Welding Production Supervisor

As a key member of the Quality and Production Engineering team at Aerotek, the Welding Production Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the company meets or exceeds Quality and Compliance requirements. This position provides technical support and guidance throughout the welding and brazing production process, maintaining and improving welding machinery, practices, and materials as needed to support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production operations and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain and improve welding machinery, practices, and materials to support business growth and operational excellence
  • Ensure the company meets or exceeds Quality and Compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Production Engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years Manufacturing experience in Production or Quality Assurance
  • 10+ years Welding Experience
  • ASME experience preferred
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing preferred
