Key Responsibilities
• Lead assigned patient service lines, clinical areas, and therapeutic programs
• Facilitate pharmaceutical care services, direct patient care programs, and medication utilization systems
• Design and implement stewardship activities and restriction/surveillance programs
• Track and evaluate assigned pharmacy programs for operational, quality, and financial efficiency

About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist who possesses significant knowledge and expertise in advanced pharmacy practice, specialty medication therapy management, and specialty evidence-based medicine. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with patients, possess detail-oriented leadership experience, and have the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Salary and Benefits
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, including an estimated salary range based on location and industry standards. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and more.
