Assistant Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at Providence Alaska Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Coordinate activities and resources to optimize departmental efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 3 years Clinical experience.
- 2 years Recent clinical supervisory experience or charge nurse experience.
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
- Certification within area of expertise or practice (Nursing Management, CCRN, CEN, etc.).
