Job Description:
We are seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized care and support to patients and their families, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care and support to patients and their families
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and effective care
Requirements:
- Valid RN license and minimum 1-year experience in hospice or palliative care
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with compassion and empathy for patients and families
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
