Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current and valid state RN license, current BLS certification, and basic arrhythmia interpretation skills. Previous acute care hospital experience and ventilator management skills are also preferred.
