Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team at Advance Management & Investment LLC. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our hotel. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing registrations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. You will also be responsible for handling check-ins, performing room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries and complaints. Compensation Package
$50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to attract top talent and reward excellence. Our front desk team members are the face of our company, and we expect them to provide exceptional customer service, work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and patrons as they arrive, and handle check-ins professionally.
- Manage registration process, verify guest information, and perform all check-in and check-out tasks efficiently.
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, amenities, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions.
- Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner, supply suggestions, and refer guests to appropriate departments if matters escalate.
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs.
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, such as wedding guests.
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and billing processes.
- Proficiency in computer software, including hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
