All Source Analyst
KBR is in search of an All Source Analyst with expertise in Insider Threat for a hybrid work opportunity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all-source analysis, focusing on non-technical aspects to support the Insider Threat (InT) mission. This role involves scrutinizing Insider Threat program data to discern trends, best practices, compliance challenges, metrics, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the All Source Analyst encompass, but are not limited to:
- Conducting thorough all-source analysis to bolster the InT mission.
- Generating all-source analytical products that support the InT initiative.
- Aggregating, assessing, and interpreting program data to gauge InT risks.
- Extracting and organizing data to develop metrics, reports, case studies, and trend analyses.
- Delivering both written and oral presentations.
- Performing research to aid ongoing analytical endeavors.
- Preparing and generating situational awareness and warning reports related to InT.
- Assisting in the creation and refinement of analytical reports aimed at enhancing production efficiency.
- Ensuring editing and quality control of program outputs.
- Reviewing InT information to meet program mission requirements and deadlines.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in:
- Conducting analysis within a mission space that supports Insider Threat at tactical and/or strategic levels.
- Personnel Security, Threat Assessment/Management, or Counterintelligence relevant to the Insider Threat mission.
- Utilizing research and analytical techniques for complex assignments in security, law enforcement, and counterintelligence analysis.
- Understanding the principles, practices, and techniques related to threat assessment, counterintelligence, and law enforcement, alongside knowledge of the security and counterintelligence communities.
- Employing various research tools, including open-source and government/commercial databases for Insider Threat analysis.
- Grasping the dynamics of the DoD population.
- Providing support and expertise to a Government or Contractor Insider Threat program.
- Exhibiting strong written and oral communication skills, including negotiation and collaboration capabilities.
- Preferred knowledge and training in structured professional judgment tools such as WAVR-21.
- Demonstrated experience in Insider Threat risk assessments and effectively presenting findings to diverse audiences, including senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using computers and software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in providing support and expertise to an Insider Threat program is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Security Clearance:
TS/SCI required.
