Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and purchasing, to ensure scheduling information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external services to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Validate execution of schedules and develop contingency plans to address any disruptions.
  • Actively tour the manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with schedules and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in a manufacturing inventory environment.
  • At least three years of experience developing production schedules.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Netsuite or similar ERP Systems.
  • Experience working with mathematical calculations related to schedules and material requirements.
  • One to two years' experience working in a warehouse setting or shipping clerk experience.
