Job Summary:

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join their dynamic team for a 13-week contract assignment in Waterford, Wisconsin.

About the Role:

This rewarding opportunity requires the successful candidate to assess patients with rehabilitation needs and provide direct care under the direction of a physician. The selected Physiotherapist will establish treatment plans, document patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services as directed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document results
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist or active application process
  • Current CPR certification
