Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Logistics: Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers and make pick-ups at branch locations and customer facilities.
  • Warehouse Operations: Receive, ship, unload, organize, stock, and maintain products and materials in the warehouse.
  • Customer Service: Handle walk-in customers and counter sales at the branch store location, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate shipping and receiving functions in the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn an ERP system.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
Working Conditions

The Branch Driver/Warehouse Associate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee will be required to lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move over 100 pounds.
