Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team as Production Line Associates. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the humane handling and processing of poultry products. Your responsibilities will involve working on a fast-paced production line, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Humanely place birds onto the hanging line for slaughtering, ensuring minimal damage to the bird.
- Verify proper placement of birds on the line, avoiding crossed legs or single-leg suspension.
- Identify and remove any deceased birds (DOA) from the line, reporting them to designated personnel.
- Maintain a consistent flow of birds on the conveyor belt.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
