Position Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing IT support tasks and monitoring ticketing systems utilizing Service Now (IM-SERVE). You will support various devices and process approximately 8-10 tickets daily. We seek individuals who can think independently and respond swiftly to challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor and manage ticketing systems
- Support end-user devices and resolve technical problems
- Demonstrate quick thinking and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of troubleshooting experience; 5 years preferred in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with break-fix scenarios
- Proficient in enhancing end-user experiences
Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 annually. Factors influencing pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
