At Norman Regional Health System, we are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Quality Lead to spearhead our Opioid Abatement Program. This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker who can drive quality initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve accreditation goals.

Job Summary

As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will oversee the administration of our robust performance and process improvement program, focusing on pain management best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to obtain and maintain relevant accreditations and certifications.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, manage, and utilize data and quality metrics to drive continuous professional development.
  2. Collaborate in marketing and promoting the program through community outreach and education.
  3. Maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in a related healthcare field. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field is required, with a Master's preferred. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of principles of project management, quality, performance improvement, and evidence-based practice.

$95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
