We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Bringing Speech Services Closer To. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive therapy and treatment plans for patients with speech disorders
- Administer standardized tests to accurately diagnose communication disorders and develop effective treatment strategies
- Collaborate with patients and their families to establish treatment goals and milestones
- Document and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech and language pathology
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Communication Disorders or a related field
- Previous experience in speech pathology or a related field, with a strong clinical background
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for professional growth and development
- Strong knowledge of communication disorders and treatment modalities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
