Emanuel Medical Center seeks a skilled RN Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned departments. This role involves managing staffing, delivering clinical care, and ensuring physician satisfaction while meeting budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Meet cost targets as stated in the department's approved budget
- Staff satisfaction as measured by turnover and the annual employee survey
- Physician satisfaction as measured by physician satisfaction survey
- Patient satisfaction as measured by applicable patient surveys
- Management functions such as conducting regular staff meetings, ensuring staffing complies with ratios for safe patient care, employee counseling, monitoring of attendance and educational needs
- Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program
- Licensure to practice in the State of California
- Two years of prior nursing experience
- Management Experience (Charge or Leadership) required
- Current ACLS
- Current BLS
