Settlements Analyst

At Lamb Weston, we're seeking a skilled Settlements Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely validation and accurate reconciliation of trade claims in our ERP system or trade promotion management tool.

• Develop and maintain relationships with extended business functions within Lamb Weston
• Act as a liaison between extended business functions, customers, and Associate Settlements Analysts
• Execute trade rebate claims, including manual entry and/or ensuring electronically sent claims errors are resolved
• Validate trade/rebate claims in SAP TPM against valid contracts and promotions and are properly reconciled
• Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output
• Complete periodic account reviews of settlements volume with sales or external customers
• Develop, lead, and execute projects for invalid rebate deductions recovery cross-functionally
• Support team with any questions and help backup Other Duties, Analytics, and Projects as assigned to support the business

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years accounts receivable, credit, collections, and/or trade or non-trade deduction resolution experience required
• Research, strong problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, analytics, and ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple systems and draw appropriate conclusions
