Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing the needs of each patient and their family
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
- 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care environment
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
- BSN degree preferred; CCRN certification preferred
