Key Responsibilities:

- Provide troubleshooting support for ongoing operations, utilizing data analysis to implement effective solutions.
- Drive innovation in cost reduction, quality enhancement, safety, and ergonomic improvements.
- Utilize electronic tools for a wide range of applications, including modeling and simulations.
- Formulate and execute plans to promote lean manufacturing principles within the organization.
- Design operational layouts to optimize material flow and presentation.
- Lead studies focused on capacity, energy, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
- Analyze and refine existing performance pay plans, contributing to the development of baseline data for new plans.
- Offer on-site support for critical factory automation solutions, ensuring maximum uptime and productivity.
- Modify control logic and software, including relay ladder logic, PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based systems.
- Create electrical designs that comply with applicable standards for new or modified production machinery and systems.
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Factory Automation Leads to achieve manufacturing and standardization objectives.
- Support maintenance efforts to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on machines and systems.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduates with degrees in Technology or Engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with a two-year technical degree and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Preferred backgrounds include electrical or PLC programming experience.
- Strong emphasis on collaboration with local community colleges to identify recent graduates from relevant programs.
