We are filling both full-time and part-time positions for sandwich specialists and cashiers. Our operational hours span seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with varying shifts available.

The sandwich specialist is tasked with preparing sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls while adhering to established recipes and standards. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, efficient, and sanitary preparation of orders. The specialist is also responsible for maintaining and stocking their work area, while complying with all food safety regulations. In the cashier role, you will handle cash, debit, and credit transactions using a point-of-sale system, balance the cash drawer, and provide excellent customer service. The starting pay is $14.00 per hour and may increase based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive in the designated uniform and follow grooming standards.
- Set up workstations according to café guidelines.
- Prepare food items in a clean and timely manner.
- Adhere to portion control and presentation standards.
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Utilize and care for all equipment properly.
- Prepare dishes accommodating food allergies or intolerances.
- Ensure food quality and safety through proper sanitation practices.
- Work efficiently and consistently.
- Understand food service methods, sanitation principles, and safe food handling.
- Exhibit effective communication skills.
- Follow cash handling procedures accurately.
- Assist in financial accountability by recording orders and managing cash transactions.
- Engage with customers positively and encourage their return.
- Serve as a role model for peers and assist in training new staff.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold operational standards.
- Demonstrate strong communication and listening abilities.
- Be adaptable and work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Pay attention to detail in all tasks.

- Previous experience as a sandwich artist, cashier, or customer service representative is preferred but not mandatory.
